This episode of apres eats, Rich Stoner from All About Apres makes his braised short rib nachos. Taking a regular nacho dish that he had at apres ski, he adds braised shorts ribs that were smoked on the Traeger pellet grill and tops the nachos with heaping mounds of cheddar cheese, tomatoes, scallions and avocados.
