Foodie Friday, featuring the nation's tastiest après ski food. The spread was like something out of a Soprano's wedding scene. A table that ran the entire length of the room stood before us, filled with delectable goodies like sashimi tuna, a variety of sliders, gourmet salads,and roasted vegetables. Foodie Friday, featuring the nation's tastiest après ski food. My Uncle Scott swears by Piecasso and he should know, he's been there enough. It is, after all, his favorite après ski location at Stowe Mountain. A little more swanky than you'd expect for an après ski bar, Piecasso is serving up New York style pizza's, far away in Stowe, Vermont. Choosing a Piecasso favorite is tough. You just can't you go wrong ordering a pie from a family-owned restaurant whose roots trace all the way back to pizza making in Sicily.
