My Uncle Scott swears by Piecasso and he should know, he's been there enough. It is, after all, his favorite après ski location at Stowe Mountain. A little more swanky than you'd expect for an après ski bar, Piecasso is serving up New York style pizza's, far away in Stowe, Vermont. Choosing a Piecasso favorite is tough. You just can't you go wrong ordering a pie from a family-owned restaurant whose roots trace all the way back to pizza making in Sicily. Nonetheless, we had to make a choice and we went retro with the Old School Supreme.
Ingredients: Red pizza sauce with mozzarella, pepperoni, spicy Italian sausage, onions, green peppers & mushrooms
