Foodie Friday Featuring the Nation's Best Après Ski Food
There are certain places that I must stop at while traveling for skiing in Vermont. For the most part it is the food and beverage offerings that continually draw me back to these restaurants and bars, and that is certainly the case with The Last Chair Bar and Grill. However, there is a bit more to it, especially when I have my three little girls in tow. The Last Chair nails it when it comes to après ski that the whole family can enjoy. With an entire arcade section devoted to keeping the children entertained, it allows the parents to indulge in a few tasty bevvies and some of their delicious food like their pizza, nachos and, most importantly, the Chair Choice Burger.

I truly enjoy a good burger and this one does not disappoint. As you can see from the picture, the burger is quite large and accompanied by a copious amount of delicious steak fries (always a bonus). However, its size and sides are only the beginning. The true reason for this burger's greatness is the addition of the avocado and the goat cheese. Alone, both goat cheese and avocado are absolutely delightful but together, they form a creamy blend of goodness that elevates the flavor of the beef to another level. This ultimately makes the Chair Choice one tasty burger and worthy of your taste buds.
