If I am being honest, I had no idea what a bespoke cocktail was the first time that I met the renowned mixologist Zachary Blair. I usually drink beer or bourbon, straight. However, despite my shortcomings, I had heard of the head bartender of the Kanu Lounge at the Whiteface Lodge who has made quite a name for himself in the cocktail world with his creative cocktail concoctions.
