Introducing The New Camino Carryall Tote Bag From Yeti
Hello everybody I'm Rich Stoner here with the All About Après Report, the show where we bring you the best places to play both on and off the mountain plus all the food, beer, gear and more to help make it epic. Today we're back with another gear review and this week we're checking out the Yeti Camino Carryall. It's actually a tote bag which if you know anything about Yeti, Yeti basically specializes in coolers, like the one I’m sitting on right here. However this little venture outside of their comfort zone into the world of tote bags seems to be a really good one for them. This bag is pretty badass and if you're a dude and you're carrying it around it gives you a little bit of street cred just based on the fact that it says Yeti on it.
Yeti Camino Carryall Offers Unrivaled Durability in a Tote Bag
My first impression of it is looking at it as you can tell, in typical Yeti fashion, they've made a very very durable tote bag. If you've read anything about it, the material is waterproof it's also puncture proof. So that makes it pretty darn good for whatever type of adventure you're going on. I know for a fact that my wife loves it as our beach bag. She stole it from me pretty much the minute I got it, which is why it took me so long to do this review.
Beyond that, there are these pretty awesome straps. As you can see, they're kind of thick. They're well sewn into the into the bag itself. And there's the second tier where, I guess, if you have something that's just a little bit heavier, these look like they're they're made of more metal or have a metal dowel inside of it, so it's going to give you a little bit more structure to it.
Wide Opening and Deep Interior Makes Carrying "Stuff" Easy
Next thing, obviously is the opening. I love the fact that the opening is as wide as it is. It allows you to get a lot of different stuff in here, whatever your stuff may be. As I said, my wife carries it around a lot for all our beach gear. Inside, it's basically kind of no frills, just this wide opening. Very deep. Very wide. It maintains its structure really well which I like a lot. It also has this little zipper pouch so if you want to take your cell phone, or your wallet, or whatever, throw it in there, zip it up, and you're good. And then another neat feature too is, hypothetically, you're on the beach and you know you're going to walk away from your bag a little bit, it has this little clasp here that you just slide into here and it closes the bag up a little bit, makes it less appealing to would-be creepers that are walking by, maybe trying to take your stuff.
Load The Yeti Camino Carryall Up With Craft Beer
Nonetheless, again this is the Camino Carryall and I think Yeti has done a nice job venturing outside their comfort zone here away from coolers into the tote bag realm. It is great for things, like I said, all days at the beach and as someone who's All About Après, I know exactly what I would use a tote bag like this for. Perhaps when I'm coming back from Vermont with a major haul of tasty craft beer from like Heady Topper say from the Alchemist, or some awesome beers from the Burlington Beer Company, I can put those in my bag, throw them in the back of the truck and I'm ready to just walk it right into the house.
A Tote Bag That is Rugged, Durable and So Worth It
Alright, so anyway again I really like what Yeti has done here with this tote bag. It's pretty badass. It’s durable. It’s rugged. It's definitely something that you could find multiple uses for, whether it be carrying beer or carrying beach toys with your kids to the beach. I would definitely check this out if it's something you're looking for.
Remember guys if you liked what you saw like what you heard hit that like button on the bottom and feel free to share this with your friends. Until next time, it's all downhill from here. Cheers!
