The Original Man of Kent
The Man of Kent Tavern is a historic restaurant and bar tucked away along Route 7 in Hoosick Falls, NY. This makes it the perfect stop for skiers en-route to some of Southern Vermont's best ski resorts. On two of my latest visits there, I had the pleasure of hanging with the original owner of Man of Kent, an old English guy who is arguably the best bartender that I've ever had.
