If you have been to Snowbasin, you know that it is a hidden gem. Being tucked a little further away from Salt Lake City and Park City than the Alta's and Deer Valley's of the world and based more around the town of Ogden which isn't quite as posh (but still an incredible city in its own regard) as its more publicized neighbors, skiers tend not to think about going there. Selfishly, I'd love to keep it that way so it maintains its charm but I fear that the word is out thanks to this year's Ski Magazine article. So with the cat out of the bag,...

*All Photos credit Red Rock Brewing Co. When people think of Utah, craft beer is not exactly the first thing that comes to mind. Surprised? You shouldn't be. In a recent USA Today article Utah ranks last among all 50 states in annual beer consumption per capita and total beer consumption. When the invitation to visit Park City came through my inbox, I didn’t have to think twice about going. I love it there and am always down for a visit. The notion of staying at the incredible Stein Eriksen Lodge, working out with the people from Altra and Nordictrack iFit, indulging on delicious food and drinks from various Park City haunts all while hanging out amidst the beautiful foliage laden backdrop of Deer Valley only upped the ante. Talk about in my wheelhouse. Workout, eat, drink...that’s basically my weekends in a nutshell. The fact that the setting was Park City,...

If you follow my Instagram page @allaboutapres you know that we are a big fan of our Good Times Shot Ski, a collab that we did last winter with Facet Skis. Winter, spring, summer or fall, if there's a party or even a small gathering, the shot ski is waxed up and ready to roll. Whether it's in the backyard at a BBQ or at a bar during apres-ski the shot ski is the ultimate friend maker. It's been bringing people together since its inception and when it comes off the shelf, it's always a good time.  This past weekend the people of Park...

One such group of women in Utah, used this day to, not only, recognize women in the workforce, but to make a little history in their own respective industry...brewing beer.
