If you haven't figured it out yet, après everything is kind of our motto around here. Obviously, this includes the multitude of bars we visit in and around ski resorts during the winter season. There is just nothing better than a great après ski sesh to help you relax with your family and friends after a day of shredding. However, our post activity escapades definitely do not end there.

As an avid golfer in the warmer months, I have frequented many a 19th holes in my day. Probably more out of necessity than anything, they serve as a place to calm my frayed nerves and chat with my buddies after a day of slapping the ball all over the links. Either way, the common thread is that you are with good people having a good time and that makes the experience is worth it
What You'll Need to Watch the PGA Championship
With the PGA Championship kicking off this Thursday, many of us will get our golfing in early during the day and then kick back and relax while watching in anticipation to see if Brooks Koepka can defend his title against a surging, Masters Champion, Tiger Woods. We'll need a drink our two to help get us through this, of course. That in mind, our friends at New Amsterdam Vodka have decided to "putter" around and create some fun golf inspired cocktails that you can mix up in your own home 19th Hole. Cheers!
At Home PGA Championship Inspired Cocktails From New Amsterdam Vodka
New Amsterdam Palmer
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. New Amsterdam Vodka 80-Proof or New Amsterdam Vodka Gluten-Free
3 oz. Lemonade
2 oz. Iced Tea
GARNISH: Lemon
INSTRUCTIONS: Add ingredients into an ice filled tall Collins glass, and stir together to combine/chill. Garnish.
New Amsterdam Shandy
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. New Amsterdam Vodka 80-Proof or New Amsterdam Vodka Gluten-Free
Orange 3 oz. COLD Lemonade
Fill w/ COLD Pilsner or Lager Beer of choice
GARNISH: Lemon (if desired)
INSTRUCTIONS: Add ingredients into an Pint glass, and gently stir together to combine/chill. Garnish (if desired).
New Amsterdam Azalea
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. New Amsterdam Vodka 80-Proof or New Amsterdam Gin
1.5 oz. Pineapple Juice
.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
.5 oz. Grenadine
GARNISH: Lemon wheel or peel
INSTRUCTIONS: Add ingredients into an ice filled shaker, and shake together to combine/chill. Strain into a chilled martini/coupe glass, and garnish with a mint leaf.
