When it comes to being the best après ski in Aspen, location can be a huge help. CHICA restaurant in Aspen will certainly have that on its side. Strategically placed inside the Residences at The Little Nell, at the base of Aspen Mountain, it will offer spectacular views to its diners. Whether you are dining inside CHICA's 4,335 square foot restaurant or hanging outside on its almost 3000 square foot patio, complete with an outdoor bar, your Aspen après ski party will always be blessed with a view.
With 165 total seats, indoor and outdoor, this new hotspot will serve as a gathering place for Aspen’s stylish visitors and locals. CHICA restaurant will be open year-round for locals and visitors alike to enjoy lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, as well as après-ski and late night.

Award Winning Program Offers Something New to Aspen Après Ski

The Aspen expansion of CHICA features classic renditions and signature interpretations of Latin American dishes, an award-winning wine and cocktail program and a dining experience complete with live entertainment.
“Our award-winning design, cuisine and cocktail program will be something new that locals and visitors alike will love," said Kunkel.
While it draws on the menu from CHICA restaurant Miami and CHICA restaurant Las Vegas, it will also be featuring new dishes specific to Aspen. The concept, however, will remain the same allowing guests to explore the bold flavors of Latin American cuisine as one culture.
Chef Lorena Garcia Brings Celebrity Status to Aspen

Chef Lorena Garcia's celebrity status should fit nicely in the Aspen après ski scene. Best known for television roles on “Top Chef Masters,” “America’s Next Great Restaurant” and Univision’s “Despierta America” she has the cache to stand out in a crowded town of celebrities, especially when it comes to her cuisine.
Chef Garcia has focused her entire career around bringing the robust and vibrant flavors of Latin cooking to a global audience. Now she'll do the same in Aspen.
