The artist formerly known as Squaw Valley Ski Resort, now Palisades Tahoe Ski Resort, has always had a reputation of being the spring skiing capital of the world. Skiers and snowboarders flocked there in droves to take advantage of their abnormally long ski season. Then the pandemic hit and all things fun ceased to exist. Sure people still hit the slopes in their best spring skiing outfits. Sure they took advantage of the warm California sun and abundant snowfall that Palisades Tahoe ski resort benefits from. However, what was lacking were all the fun events that the then Squaw Valley Resort was known for.
As we move into this season of spring skiing, things are starting to look up. It's time for life as we used to know it to return to normal (with some limitations). Palisades Tahoe Ski Resort seems to agree as they just announced the return of their signature spring skiing events and live music schedule.

After a two-year hiatus, Palisades Tahoe’s two biggest spring events are back and they are adding one new one. Snow Golf returns to Alpine on Saturday, April 9.
Anyone who has suffered through a bad round or five on a regular golf course may just find that this is a version of golf they will enjoy. Team up with your friends and play nine holes of golf, starting at the top of Summit chair and making your way down the mountain.
Yes, participants, usually decked in their best costumes, actually play golf with real balls and real clubs. Tee off, ski down to your ball, hit again and again and again until you get it in the hole. 36 years and counting Snow Golf is always a fan favorite.

When it comes to choosing the best spring skiing outfits, nothing works better than a comfortable ski t-shirt. Nothing is more synonymous with spring skiing in Lake Tahoe than our Brews With a View après-ski t-shirt. Inspired by the picturesque view of Lake Tahoe, you simply cannot beat taking it all in over a couple of "brew-skis" with friends. Cheers!
