Après-Ski on National Margarita Day With These 4 Margarita Recipes

Margaritas and nachos. Doesn't that sound like a delightful way to spend apres-ski ? Of course it does! Although I'm partial to a good craft beer, I have certainly sampled my share of margs on the mountain, especially on the patio at Los Amigos in Vail Village.

Sooooooo good!

Well as Jimmy Buffett once said, "Come Monday, it'll be alright." Why? Because Monday, February 22 is National Margarita Day.

Whether you are skiing/snowboarding or not on Monday, you can and should create your own little après-ski celebration in honor of National Margarita Day. Who better to help you out than Mr. Margarita himself, Jimmy Buffett. I'm not sure if he skis or snowboards but the bartenders at his Margaritaville Resort Orlando definitely shakes up some killer Margaritas. With that in mind, here are four of their signature margarita recipes to help turn your après-ski session on Monday into a National Margarita Day party.
